The virtual space of Internet social networks is one of the most important devices to exert the influence of globalization. This virtual space creates a vast quantity of information and meaning representations. Faced with this space and the profusion of sources, people experience suspension (i.e. confusion and indecision) in shaping their Identity. The loss of the concepts of time and place and the greater role of space is evident in the virtual world. Faced with this second space, people feel their bases of Identity are shaky, and hence experience doubt and anxiety. Although virtual social networks could have positive and negative effects on the process of communication, the present study focuses merely on their Crisis-creating aspects and considers creating national and religious Crisis as one of the impacts of social networks in societies, especially those experiencing a transition stage.The findings show that, on the basis of a classification of generations, the third generation has been the greatest user of the cyberspace in Iran and has been exposed to the influences of social networks more than other generations. The cyberspace has created a kind of Identity Crisis among a great number of youths. This Crisis has led to heterogeneity of Identity and has influenced social balance. Besides, virtual social networks have made fundamental changes in Identity-building institutions and have changed meaning-creating Identity factors.

Identity has a comprehensive meaning including: individual, collective, in-group, tribal and transnational identities. There is no doubt that all youth and children come across with a problem in their identities. Those who had more problems previously, live in this Crisis. These individuals may be deceived by some extremist religious groups to know more about their potentials or weaknesses, social values and life goals, and social/ religious beliefs. Children try to get new experiences in order to review their origin, but when there is no deep relationship with their parents, so they disappoint. In this case they feel nonsense, dissocialism, wandering and sluggish. Identity Crisis is not only one of injurious social factors, but also has negative circumstances such as: divorce, misdemeanance, etc.Our country has young generations, so we confront more Identity Crisis which leads disobedience and disclaim liability. It has negative effects on people activities, so our authorities should try more to study the effect of Identity in society. In this research some key approaches have been given in addition to explain Identity Crisis, religious Identity and Identity Crisis indexes.

There is an increasing interest among Iranian youth in using internet and cyberspace. Due to the widespread use of internet in different plats of the country, including less developed areas, the consequences of such phenomenon deserve much attention. Though the development of modern media can bring about both positive and negative consequences, the present paper attends only to the negative ones, i.e. the resulting Identity Crisis. In particular, it focuses on Identity Crisis at the individual, group, social, ethnic and religious levels. At the same time, the author focuses on Identity changes and the resulting Crisis of using modern media, in particular cyberspace.First, Identity, Crisis and cyberspace are defined; next, Identity Crisis and the related theories are reviewed, At the end, based on the available research. The possibility of the Crisis will be investigated in Iran. The investigations reveal that, based on a classification of generations, the third generation interacts more with the internet; hence, they are more probable to suffer from its negative consequences, in particular Identity Crisis. At the same time, there appear some signs of the Identity Crisis at the individual ethnic level. Further, it was found that the modern media has made lots of changes in the sources based on which people's Identity was formed. Another finding is that a number of networks are being formed based on the users' ethnic groups. Moreover, some changes are taking place in the way users attribute themselves to the ethnic and national identities. It seems such Identity changes paves the way for other types of Crisis in the country.

Background and purpose: Oculogyric Crisis which is a dystonic reaction commonly caused by typical antipsychotics treatment of acute dystonias, rarely occurs with atypical antipsychotics like clozapine. The aim of this report was to describe a rare case of clozapine-induced oculogyric Crisis successfully treated with biperiden. Case: The patient was a 42-year-old woman with a 19-year history of schizophrenia treated with high-potency typical antipsychotics, risperidone and lithium augmentation with appropriate doses and duration. Because of poor response to prior medications, she was prescribed clozapine started with 25 mg/d and gradually titrated up to 150 mg/d. She has experienced two episodes of oculogyric Crisis treated successfully with biperiden. Discussion: Although low affinity of clozapine for blocking D2 dopaminergic receptors and its anticholinergic activity may explain the significantly lower incidence of dystonic reactions, they may happen in some patients and could be suppressed with biperiden. Conclusion: Clinicians should consider dystonic reaction as a possible clozapine adverse effect and on the basis of this report, clozapine-induced oculogyric Crisis may be treated successfully with biperiden.

Employing different symbols and words, media have the ability to inject certain meanings and contents to different phenomena, events, behaviors and actions. Through this injection, they can consequently leave a deep impact on consumers, ether saving them from the harm of an Identity, cultural, epistemological, value, political, and social Crisis, or exposing them to these Crisis situations. In other words, media can design a potentially endless game of signs to give order to the society and strengthen a feeling of peace and mental, personality, and Identity stability in individuals or vice versa. The present article first discusses the duality of media's presence and role (in today's communication-information world as well as in today's changing Iranian society and in Identity Crisis) and then proposes a number of approaches and strategies in order to help this national and international medium rolls back to its proper route and manage crises (of all kinds) in an efficient manner.

The main argument of the present paper is that the Identity conditi6n of Iranian society is not critical rather the society faces some Identity problems. Some thinkers have offered eclectic and synthesized Identity as solution to these Identity problems - which are wrongly interpreted as Identity Crisis. The present paper is an attempt to study those solutions and critically evaluate them. The eclectic identification is compatible with the historical-social requirements of the recent stage of growth of modernism, that is, postmodernism. Hence, this kind of identification is incompatible with the truth of the historical-social Identity of Iran which surfaced in the course of the Islamic Revolution and developed after the revolution.

A considerable body of academic literature in public administration is about its various forms of intellectual Crisis, which are frequently subsumed under the idea of Identity Crisis. Although knowledge is the latest buzzword in public administration, yet contemporary debates demonstrate a poor understanding of how knowledge is constructed and valued in the field. Therefore, many scholars attempt to response to Identity Crisis in the field. This paper intends to categorize and review these responses using the approaches of knowledge production in scientific structures. It is concluded that the solutions based on transdisciplinary knowledge of public administration that is based on a common theoretical understanding, a mutual understanding of disciplinary epistemologies, and understanding the reality of life and its complexities, can provide a framework for the Identity of the public administration field.

Identity, as a multifaceted, variable and fluid concept, in the first place raises the question of who is who, and according to many experts, it causes people, groups, cultures, etc. to be identified from each other. Identity has different dimensions, the most important of which is belonging and commitment. Belonging has an emotional and emotional aspect towards the country, government, Islam, civilization, family, friends...) and commitment has a conflict aspect, that is, people feel duty towards the commitment they have. The Identity Crisis of the youth also refers to the fact that due to the changes in the global system, transformations and changes in the structural, cultural and communication fields, and at the same time not being recognized by the statesmen, the youth in recognizing their place in the surrounding environment, the group and The community itself has problems and conflicts. In this research, using in-depth interviews with 21 experts in the field of Identity Crisis, the main factors affecting the Identity Crisis of young people were investigated. Then, the extracted concepts were compiled in the form of a questionnaire and sent again to the experts to determine the importance and impact of each of them. Then, using Friedman's test, 17 concepts affecting the youth Identity Crisis were identified. 1. Weakness of cultural institutions, 2.
